So, we've learned a lot from our experiences operating drive throughs, mobile coffee carts and working in other even less conventional formats. Among the many lessons we've picked up along the way has been that big things can come in small packages. In this case, an 8 by 4 foot Fotomat booth that dates to the early '70's. This appears to be the only extant specimen of this type of kiosk in the county, and we gave the same careful attention to the buildout that we would to any other cafe. The result is perhaps the nicest Fotomat coffee booth you'll ever visit.
We offer pretty much everything we do in our full sized cafes, including a delicious egg and Applewood-smoked bacon breakfast sandwich on a biscuit from our bakery, spiced with a Sriracha aioli. So come visit. You'll be surprised at how much service and product you can get in a building so small you could be forgiven for missing it, whooshing by on Mission Street.
